History

At mid-seventies, Mr. Ahmed Elshal started a small carpentry workshop venture in Mansoura city after he obtained his Bachelor degree in Commerce from Ain Shams University in Cairo.
Mr. Ahmed Elshal carried on the values, skills and experience that he gained from involvement in his father's furniture business, and soon he started Timber and Plywood trade in Egypt. And after years of success and reputation building, he passed his values and expertise on to his sons who continue success, and development of the growing company.
Now, Elshal Timber is a family owned and managed business, and one of the most successful companies in Egypt timber market.
Timber is a real passion for Elshal family, a passion being passed through generations.
